Anya Rost, DMD, MSD

Dr. Anya Rost received her certificate in Periodontics and Implantology and Master of Science in Dentistry degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served as a chief resident. She completed her doctoral education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. During her time there, she co-founded and led a popular Periodontal Interest Group, and earned a Northeastern Society of Periodontics Certificate of Achievement. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences’ Forsyth Dental Hygiene Program, and a recipient of the Forsyth Alumni Award for Academic Achievement and Community Service.

Dr. Rost has more than a decade of experience in the field of dentistry, including collaborations on a number of research projects and years of work as a dental hygienist. Dr. Rost is a program director for the local chapter of the Seattle Study Club – an international network of dentists devoted to furthering their knowledge to provide exceptional care to their patients.  Dr. Rost lectures extensively on the topics of periodontal therapy, regrowing lost bone, esthetics, and implant therapy.

Dr. Rost is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontology, and the International Team of Implantology.  She is one of the founding members of the Women in Implantology Network. 

Dr. Rost is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.  

When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Rost enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, and traveling. She speaks fluent Russian and is conversational in Spanish and Ukranian.
